Monkey Project

Description

During my 8 months working with the Monkey project I learned many new valuable skills and applied my experience of front-end design to develop Monkey’s landing page. After the $500,000 acquisition of Monkey.com my first task as project lead was to assemble a team and develop a mock-up for a corporate landing page for Monkey and its related assets, this mock-up is shown above. After developing the corporate site we followed up by designing a news blog for Monkey which can be found here. Unfortunately, a few months after the acquisition the founder of the Monkey project ran into internal issues that required the project to be halted indefinitely.

Project Highlights

Helped transition the switch from m0nk3y.com to Monkey.com, including pointing domain records, email records, and preventing down-time. Led a team of three designers to develop Monkey’s corporate landing page & news blog.
